Speaker Commitments, Expectations, and Benefits

Speakers at AI Banking Americas 2026 are expected to

  • Deliver a 30- to 45-minute presentation (or a 60-minute panel contribution) fully aligned with their selected track and keytopics.
  • Submit slides and any supporting materials by the camera-ready deadline (May 15, 2026).
  • Participate in a speaker briefing call at least two weeks before the conference to review AV requirements and session flow.
  • Promote their session via their professional networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) using provided event assets.

Types of Sessions

  • Presentation: Technical content delivered by one or two speakers with key tips, solutions and takeaways. Includes time for audience Q&A
  • Panel: A discussion of a current trend or technology development from different perspectives with no more than 5 total speakers, including moderator. Includes time for audience Q&A. 
  • Workshop: Combination of presented content followed by an activity facilitated by the content leader, where attendees discuss in small group discussions and/or participate in Q&A facilitated by the presenter so that learners can apply and share what they have learned.
